I have to say after hearing all the pain and agony that students are going through, I am glad that my admission experience was quite painless. I don’t remember ever having to deal with the FA office or having cold sweats about what papers to sign or complete. Easy. But I will agree there needs to be changes, however, working in the industry I can tell you that every school is different and they have all adopted their own specific ways of working - change is not a common word in their vocabulary.
