		<description>Early Decision apps are off all over the place.  It&#039;s a good year if you can apply ED to do so.  I&#039;m hearing about 50% declines in ED apps.  Families are  very nervous about committing to schools before they know how much they are going to be asked to contribute to their child&#039;s education.
