MyCollegeOptions.org Partners With SimpleTuition.com

MyCollegeOptions.org, a non-profit resource site, was already a helpful tool for college-bound high school students (and their parents) trying to swim their way through the deluge of college admissions confusion . They’ve now added a loan calculator from SimpleTuition.com to their site, which adds a helpful resource for figuring out the other half of the college admissions process: how to pay for the education you’re trying to be admitted into.

From the press release:

SimpleTuition,Inc. and MyCollegeOptions.org have partnered to provide college-bound students and their families with a one-stop online resource designed to streamline the college assessment and student loan research and evaluation processes.

As part of the non-profit National Research Center for College & University Admissions (NRCCUA), MyCollegeOptions.org was developed to help guide students through the college evaluation and selection process and connect them with colleges and universities.

By integrating SimpleTuition’s student loan research and comparison tools into the MyCollegeOptions.org website, students and families will be able to more carefully evaluate their possible higher education options with the financial information needed to make an informed decision.

SimpleTuition’s interactive approach to researching, comparing, and selecting federal and private student loans enables borrowers to make more informed decisions about borrowing options with just a few clicks. Detailed information on Stafford, private, PLUS, and GradPLUS loans from top lenders is constantly updated. Each loan option can be sorted and compared by monthly payment, total cost of the loan, number of payments, fees, and lowest and highest APR.
